Privacy policy

This policy explains what SupportVerdict does and doesn't collect. Plain English, no surprises.

What we don't collect

• Our calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you type into the cost calculators, pickers and finder are processed on your device and are never sent to us or anyone else.
• We host no quote forms and don't ask for your name, phone number, or company details.
• We don't sell, rent, or share personal information — we have none to sell.

What we do collect

• An optional newsletter email. If you choose to subscribe to our pricing-change brief, we store your email address to send it. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we never share it.
• Basic, privacy-respecting analytics. We may use aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful. This does not identify you personally.
• Standard server logs. Like any website, our host records basic request data (such as IP and user agent) for security and reliability.

Affiliate links & cookies

Some outbound links are affiliate links (see how we make money). When you click one, the destination vendor or its affiliate network may set a cookie to attribute the referral. That happens on their site under their privacy policy, not ours. We add no extra tracking of our own to those clicks.

Your choices

You can use the entire site, including every calculator, without giving us any personal information. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, use the link in any email or write to hello@supportverdict.com. To request deletion of a stored email, email the same address.
