SupportVerdict exists to answer one question honestly: what will an AI customer-support or voice agent actually cost you — and which one fits?
AI vendors have made pricing a maze. Some bury the real rate behind a sales call, some advertise a platform fee that's a fraction of the true per-minute cost, and some won't publish a price at all. By the time you've sat through three demos, you still can't compare them side by side. SupportVerdict does that work for you — and hands down a clear verdict.
What makes us different
- We decode the real cost. Per-resolution, per-minute, per-seat, per-conversation, flat-tier, contact-sales — we explain each model and show what it means for your bill at your volume, not a marketing headline.
- Every figure is sourced and dated. Each vendor's pricing cites where we found it and when, with a confidence flag. Numbers we can't stand behind are marked as estimates and kept out of search.

How we stay independent
Some of our outbound links are affiliate links, and we're upfront about it. But our verdicts are built on a dataset that has no commission field at all — so it is structurally impossible for us to rank vendors by what they pay us. SupportVerdict is built and maintained by an independent editorial team that researches AI customer-experience software. We are deliberately a single, accountable brand — not a network of look-alike sites — because that's how trust in a purchasing decision is supposed to work.
